The South Asian Engagement Foundation (SAEF) in collaboration with The Durst Organisation will lit up the One World Trade Center’s 408 feet tall and 758-tonne spire as well as its podium in hues of the Indian tricolour on India’s Independence Day.

The event was a historic moment commemorating India’s 75th Year of Independence and most importantly the expression of love between the US and India. The community gathered to witness this historic moment and the Foundation gave out commemorative pins to mark the celebration.
